Waiting List Policies:

For recreational basketball a waiting list will be compiled after the registration cutoff date and there will be an additional $25.00 late fee. To be placed on the waiting list the registration form and fees need to be received by the registrar. Players are placed on the list in the order the completed registration form and all the fees are received. If no room is available, a check will be returned to the players parent and sent to the player’s registration address via mail. If it is determined there is room prior to evaluations waiting list players will be asked to attend evaluations. After evaluations players will be placed on teams as space becomes available until the end of November.

Refund Policy

Until the week prior to recreational basketball tryouts a full refund will be given this includes the registration fee and donation made at the time of registration. During the week prior to team selections only the registration fee will be refunded. After teams are selected or player is placed on a team from the waiting list no refund will be given.
